An off-track door isn't something to force back into place by hand. Our technicians realign the track properly and verify plumb before running the door again.
Fixing the symptom without finding the cause usually means the same problem returns within weeks.
Track sections are realigned to true plumb and level, verified with the same tools a new installation would use.
A bent section weakens over time even after straightening, so replacement is usually the more durable fix.
Vehicle impacts often bend both the track and the bracket mounting it to the frame. We check both.
Whatever brought you here, one of these service lines is the fix, and one call gets a technician moving.
Track sections are checked for plumb and level, then adjusted and secured to the frame at the correct tolerance.
A replaced section restores the correct roller path immediately, without the recurring wear a straightened section can develop.
When a roller jumps the track mid-cycle, we reset it, then check whether worn rollers or a bent track edge caused it.
Collision damage often affects more than the visible dent. We check the full track and frame mounting system.
Loose or cracked wall brackets let the track shift under normal operation. We reinforce or replace mounting hardware as part of the repair.
Describing the symptom helps us bring the right track sections and hardware on the first trip.
Most off-track calls don't require a parts run thanks to a well-stocked van.
A full inspection prevents a quick patch that fails again within weeks.
The door is confirmed running smoothly on the corrected track before the job is closed out.
“Roller kept jumping the track every few days until they found the real cause, a bent bracket.”
“Track was off plumb by more than it looked. Fixed properly instead of a quick patch.”
“Storm debris jammed the track and bent it. Same-day repair got the door working again before dinner.”
Off-track issues typically trace back to hardware wear or a physical impact rather than opener problems.
This is a job for a trained technician given the tension and alignment involved.
Minor bends can sometimes be straightened, but visibly dented or kinked sections are usually replaced for a more durable fix.
Cost depends on whether it's a simple realignment or a full track section replacement, confirmed as a flat price on-site.
Continuing to run an off-track door usually causes more damage to the track, rollers, and panel.
Most off-track repairs are completed same-day, typically within one to two hours on-site.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
